Forged super alloy steel-Quenched and Tempered
Suitable for G100 chain.
● Complies with EN1677-4
● 25% stronger than grade 80
● Fatigue tested at 1.5 times working load limit for 20000 cycles
● 100% proof load test at 2.5 times working load limit
● Random selected to make break test at 4 times of working load limit
● Low temperature test
● 100% magnaflux crack detection
● 100% individual inspection and test for all load pin
Surface finish:Powder plastified
Color code:Blue   RAL5015
● Test certificate to be supplied with shipment
