G80 Master Link European Type

 Suitable for grade 80 lifting chain that complies with EN818-4
● Complies with EN1677-4 ( to replace DIN5688-3)
Forged super alloy steel-Quenched and Tempered.
● Fatigue tested at 1.5 times working load limit for 20000 cycles
● 100% proof load test at 2.5 times working load limit
● Random selected to make break test at 4 times of working load limit
● Low temperature test
● 100% magnaflux crack detection
● 100% individual inspection and test for all load pin
● Finish: powder coated
● Test certificate to be supplied with shipment
● To be with recessed flat only upon request to assemble with G80 omega link for size smaller than 26mm
● Not to be with recessed flat from size 26mm
● Sizes smaller than 32mm are welded and sizes from 32mm are forged.
● Suitable for synthetic sling according to EN1492-1
● Suitable for wire rope sling according to DIN3089
